From the Mission police captain’s newsletter:

“Earlier this month, a citizen called the police to report that someone had stolen his new electric scooter. Mission Station Officer Joe Emanuel responded to the call and learned that the victim had installed a GPS locator on the scooter. Officer Emanuel was able to track the scooter to the Bayview and with the help of Bayview officers locate the scooter and a suspect. This case is a terrific example of officers and citizens working together to stop crime.”
