The market that started on 18th near Guerrero was scheduled to open its second location this spring, but Haighteration is reporting that the project has been delayed again. A representative told Haighteration that the new opening date is October, but nothing is set in stone. According to documents from the Planning Commission, the company spent $125,000 on a seismic upgrade of the building and on rebuilding a mezzanine. That’s in addition to earlier construction that cost $163,000.
