A man sustained a head injury after a confrontation with three other men on Tuesday night, police said.

The incident occurred on Bryant Street between 24th and 25th at around 7:40 p.m.

The 41-year old victim was drinking when three suspects, who are believed to be in their 20s, approached and challenged him to a fight. When the victim refused, one of the suspects punched him. The victim sustained swelling on the back of the head after his head struck the pavement.

The suspects searched the victim’s pocket and took his wallet and some money before fleeing on foot.
