Jose Ramos told Mission Local that the coffee shop he’s operating in the former Summit space, Cafe 780, is having its soft opening today. It will likely be a temporary setup until a high-paying commercial renter can move in (there were rumors that it would be an outlet of the La Boulange chain, but the owner denies it).
