Wild Kitchen chef Iso Rabins, who was also hosting an underground market for awhile, is now offering his dishes a la carte. Since starting his dinners three years ago, Rabins has offered a prix fixe menu, but on Jan. 20 and 21, diners will be able to choose items a la carte.

“I like that an a la carte dinner makes the Wild Kitchen more accessible. Rather than committing to a three-hour, eight-course dinner, you can order two or three dishes, or share the whole menu with a group of friends,” Rabins said.

The menu features porcini bisque, wild greens and slow-poached egg salad, as well as fresh parpadelle with nasturtium pest, Marin Sun Farms bavette steak with Wild Bay butter, and Saigon-style sardines.

“The sardines were inspired by all the travel shows that I’ve been watching in preparation for my trip to Vietnam in February,” Rabins said.

In a press release, Rabins said that the space, a former cafe, will offer a relaxed, casual vibe. Musicians will play on the sidewalk while street food vendors offer a small bite before the meal. The Wild Kitchen welcomes walk-ins and reservations for parties of 6 or more.
