Bernal Cutlery owner and self-proclaimed knife geek Josh Donald just launched an online store selling vintage Japanese and French knives. If you have some dull knives, drop them off at Mission Cheese, and Donald will pick them up and make them shiny and new again. You can also sharpen your knife skills by taking a class at the Cortland Avenue store.
