It’s 7:30 a.m., 53° and, after last night’s downpour, headed to a rainless high of 57°. Details are here.

There’s plenty going on today.

It’s the second day of the San Francisco Tape Music Festival, aka “cinema for your ears,” according to the website. It’s supposed to be “an evening of classic audio art and new fixed media compositions by local and international composers.” If you go, let us know what that means.

Food Social is hosting up-and-coming street food vendors and offering drink specials at the Wix Lounge inside the U.S. Bank building.

And the year’s first Muni Diaries Live is happening tonight. Check out Stephen Elliot and others performing at the Elbo Room.

You could also stay in and listen to some tunes by the late Etta James, or read SF Weekly’s story on her life and San Francisco roots.

It’s T minus one day ’til the big game. The Times has a lovely piece on how Patrick Willis grew up, called “A 49ers Linebacker With Two Men to Call Dad.”

Here’s hoping weather.com is right and we get sunshine by noon.
