The San Francisco Chronicle is writing that police have issued a second citation to the occupiers in Oakland.
Meanwhile, Occupy Oakland will hold a rally and march starting at 4 p.m. to show solidarity with protesters in Egypt. Otherwise, residents of the 160 or so tents appear to be proceeding as usual. Yoga has been scheduled for 2 p.m.
In San Francisco, the camp at Justin Herman Plaza across from the Ferry Building has grown to about 200 tents, with some planted up the south side of Market Street. The city has put up barricades separating the tents from pedestrians.
