The Mission Police Station recently launched a new website, similar to the Ingleside station’s site, with the aim of improving communication with its neighbors.

The site boasts some old favorites, like the captain’s newsletter and safety tips. It also has a page for stolen bicycles and recovered bicycles. Sadly, as SF Citizen pointed out, there is only one recovered bicycle listed on the site, while eight are listed as missing.

Also new is the Mission Reach, which allows residents to report areas that are blighted or where they have safety concerns. The Mission Reach coordinator then follows up. Sounds like the 311 for cops.

Let us know in the comments section what you think about the site.
