Giants ace pitcher Tim Lincecum's house at 141 Hampshire Street in the Mission District.

San Francisco Giants player Tim Lincecum’s former landlord Mindy Freile filed a lawsuit against him Wednesday claiming that he stole and destroyed $200,000 worth of household items in a rental property at 141 Hampshire Street.

A neighbor answered the door but said he didn’t want to comment, as did a spokesperson at the San Francisco Giants.

The house was on a secluded street that bordered a Safeway loading dock.
