In your local car accident news: At around 1:30 p.m. yesterday, a car was rear-ended at 17th and South Van Ness by an ambulance belonging to St. Joseph Ambulance services. The ambulance was not responding to an emergency call at the time. Both drivers were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
