Traffic moved slowly down Mission Street after a two-car collision between 17th and 18th streets at about 11:30 a.m. today. One car may have been trying to make a U-turn, according to one police officer on the scene, and the front end of one car hit the side of the other. A female driver was taken to the hospital to be treated for minor injuries.
