Philip Clark, wearing sandals, receives a check from Wells Fargo for winning La Cocina's website design contest. Nearly 300 people "liked" the site he built for El Huarache Loco on Facebook.

La Cocina, a nonprofit restaurant incubator in the Mission, paired five of its young businesses with volunteer Web designers. The goal was to help each budding food entrepreneur build a web presence for minimal cost.

The resulting sites were submitted to a vote on Facebook, and the winner was the site for street food favorite, El Huarache Loco. Philip Clark, of Impact Design, designed the site, and he went home with a $1,000 giant check presented by Wells Fargo.
