Oh, I LOVE watermelon pickle. (see: http://butthesqueal.blogspot.com/2009/05/watermelon-pickle.html) but I wonder where Roger found enough/good enough watermelons this early in the year (they’ve kind of sucked, at least what I’ve had so far). Did he make the pickle last year?
OMG. The pickeled watermelon on the short ribs were Amazing! I didn’t think much of it until i actually tried it…Come on down!
