Green Coriander opens a pop-up restaurant there July 13.

Says the SF Weekly:

“Kothari already rents kitchen space at La Provence, where her chef, Youssef El Amrani, does Green Coriander’s production cooking. The three-course prix fixe (menus change weekly) will be configured in French-style courses: dal (as meal-opening soup), cumin basmati rice (white or brown), and an organic vegetable side and choice of protein (chicken, tofu, or paneer ― same as the choices on the home meal menu, but the tofu addition). Chai from the Chai Cart, and cookies by Sweet Constructions. Cost: $11.95-$13.95, depending on the protein you choose.”

Lunch service starts at 11:30, but Kothari says you can show up anytime after 10 for chai.

1001 Guerrero (at 22nd St.), 643-4333.
