A 53-year-old man had just parked on 21st Street around 12:45 p.m. Wednesday when a 30-year-old man approached him and told him to get out of the car. The victim noticed he was carrying a black hand gun in his waistband and got out of his vehicle. The suspect took the car and fled westbound on 21st, then southbound on Folsom Street.
The car is a silver Dodge Intrepid and the suspect is described as a Samoan male, 6ft, 240 lbs. He was wearing a blue denim shirt and black jeans.
