  1. Believe it or not I think we need a good chinese restaurant in the neighborhood. There’s every kind of food imaginable here, but no good chinese restaurant (and no, Red Lantern doesn’t count — it sux).

  2. This was sold to a new owner in November. The old owner was foreclosed upon and is out of the picture. The new owner plans to fix up the space downstairs and is going to be leasing it within the next few months. It would make a fantastic restaurant/bar as it has 20 foot ceilings and a large mezzanine. It can also be divided down the middle to make 2 spaces. Really cool space that should be addind a lot af value to the block inthe coming years.

  3. 680 would be a perfect Apple Store. It would also make a hell of a restaurant.
