    How about a cafe? There aren’t any cafes within fifty feet. I think a cafe would be awesome. They could have internet, or not. Maybe a bar – there isn’t bar within fifty feet either. Maybe the bar could have the bike racks that aren’t in Gestalt anymore. I really want a place to lock up my fixie inside the bar or cafe, so I can look at it while I’m texting, drinking, and stroking my beard.

  2. What about a copy center at 455? A neighborhood drug store with a lunch counter? Or at 475 an after school program?
