Things are quiet out there today, my friends, except for the zombie attack that apparently happened to the north of us (catch photos of the swarm on SF Appeal).

Hope Johnson at Fog City Journal has posted her analysis of D9 Supervisor David Campos’s swing vote against Local 38 Assistant Business Manager Larry Mazzola, Jr. to the Golden Gate Bridge, Highway and Transportation District board. You can catch the original FCJ report here.

Also on the SF Appeal, Clorox is offering a reward for turning in the SF Toilet Torcher/Flush Arsonist/Poop Pyro. Apparently there’s both a Facebook fan page AND a Twitter feed.

And what’s Today’s Mission without food. 7×7 has launched a discussion on the new era of pizzerias in San Francisco. Surely, a much more worthwhile dialogue than whether a burrito is a sandwich (wait, would a pizza folded in half be a sandwich? No, I didn’t think so.)

One of my new favorites, breadxbread, has posted a review of the carnitas torta at La Torta Gorda on 24th and York St.
