Police reported late today that they arrested Vincent Jacobo, a 56-year-old San Francisco resident, in connection with the case of the homicide victim found early Monday morning on Bartlett near 21st Street.
No charges have been filed and the press release said that “police are still actively investigating the case.”
The release said that the “Violence Reduction Team responded to the area of the 1100 block of Valencia Street, between 22nd and 23rd streets, and located the suspect.” He was arrested without incident. No photo has been released.
