  1. glad to see more construction happening — we need a lot more development of housing if we want to see more affordable housing in the neighborhood — high prices are caused by high demand and low inventory. the only solution is more construction, or just giving up and letting the neighborhood get much more expensive.

  2. Another building minorities can’t afford. It’s funny how much the mission has because of the rich started buying buildings and raising rents or buying lots and constructing new buildings.
