    1. How is it “nouveau riche”? They’re employing local cutters/sewers and paying living wages – two issues that progressives champion. And that’s what makes their prices higher than Target, where your clothes are made by pennies-a-month Bangladeshis. What is it you love about causing thousands of dollars of damage to local small businesses that are working towards a sustainable business model?

    2. yah, instead of more of this hipster crap, wouldn’t it be nice if artists and creative folks could find a sustainable way to live in the mission and run a small business that supports the creation of art and brings something besides another cafe/restaurant to Valencia street?

oh wait — that is betabrand, the very store that was vandalized!

be careful about what you hate on.

        1. Maybe you should share with us exactly what you *would* like in The Mission? So far I see you like vandalism and graffiti on businesses you aren’t interested in, is there any thing else we’re missing?

  1. This is sad. Seems to me every action you take makes the world a better place or a crappier place. Vandalizing small businesses is squarely in the latter category.
