Last March, a Superior Court judge refused to order arbitration in the bad-tenant case against Giants player Tim Lincecum, and the First District Court of Appeal reached the same decision last week. In 2011, Lincecum was accused by his former landlady of causing at least $200,000 worth of damage to his Mission District townhouse. Read more here.
