A man was taken to the hospital after he was kicked in the face and robbed at 16th and Mission streets shortly after midnight Tuesday.
The suspect’s kick made the victim, a 41-year-old man, fall to the ground. The victim got up but the suspect pointed a knife at him and demanded he hand over his money. The victim complied and the suspect got away on foot.
