   With all de respect, the picture represents the Mexican coat of arms, a poliyical & cultural symbol. It is not a hawk. It is the seal of the United Mexican States. See the founding of Tenochtitlan to take in a historical perspective. 49 year old Native San Franciscan Chicano of the Mission. Thank you.
