Some events happening in the Mission this weekend:

1. What: Fabric8 presents “Classic,” a group show featuring works by Brian Barneclo, Ursula Xanthe Young and Romanowski
Where: 3318 22nd St.
When: Nov. 3, 7 p.m.
Why: These three artists have been showing at Fabric8 since the day it opened its doors in the Mission District, in 2006. They have helped define the gallery’s program as well as much of San Francisco’s artistic style.

2. What: Cinema Errante presents the “Faithful Dead of Mexican Cinema” (“Fieles Difuntos del Cine Mexicano”)
Where: CineCave at Lost Weekend Video, 1034 Valencia St.
When: Nov. 4, 7 and 9 p.m.
Why: This weekend catch two classic Mexican films (with English subtitles): “Macario,” about a man who meets God, the devil and death in the forest; and “Misterios de Ultratumba,” about a doctor who runs an insane asylum by day and tries to reach out to the dead at night.

3. What: RAWdance presents its 2012 fall season, “re:framed”
Where: ODC Theater, 3153 17th St.
When: Fri.-Sat., Nov. 2-3, 8 p.m.; Sun., Nov. 4, 3 p.m.
Why: ODC is always bringing art and dance together in new ways, and RAWdance’s 2012 fall season is no exception. Re:framed brings three world premieres and one reinvented piece to ODC Theater in an investigation of perspective, authorship and reappropriation.
