This Friday at 7 p.m. Brick and Mortgage will host an art auction and cocktail party fundraiser in the backyard at 230 Guerrero St. The nonprofit gives Bay Area home buyers the chance to fund a home for someone less fortunate when they buy their own. There will be live jazz and a raffle throughout the night, featuring prizes from local businesses. $10 entry includes one free drink.
