Man Threatened With Knife at 16th and Mission

Two men were arguing at 16th and Mission streets on Thursday evening, near the northeast entrance to the BART station, when one pulled out a knife and threatened the other.

The incident happened around 5:45 p.m. by the 16th Street bus stop, where the suspect was standing with his dog. A group of people gathered around the two men but no one called the police.

It’s not clear why the two men were fighting or whether they knew each other.

Dial 911 and report these things when you see them folks. You’re likely already staring at your iPhone as you pass by anyway, so at least report a crime about to happen as you see if for peets sake.
