It’s 7 a.m., 59°, and headed to 63°. Chilly compared to the warm weekend. Details for the next 10 days are here.

The Mission had an eventful weekend, with Cesar Chavez festivities and Earth Day celebrations in Dolores Park. Get caught up here and here, respectively.

With spring in full swing, talks of a resurgence in the Occupy movement are heating up. The San Francisco Chronicle reports that plans are in motion to target the Port of Oakland and possibly the Golden Gate Bridge in early May. But several factions of protesters are wary of actions with the potential to turn violent. In neighboring Bernal Heights, a member of an elderly group called Wild Old Women noted: “Am I going to bring the Wild Old Women, with their walkers and wheelchairs, to a demonstration that gets violent? No.”

Another result of warmer weather: allergy season is on. KALW suggests local honey as a homeopathic solution to seasonal allergies. Speaking of which, Bi-Rite has some very local bees on its rooftop.

An admitted technophile, Jessica Lum navigates the Mission with Google Maps, but has only really come to know the neighborhood by wandering on foot, looking at murals, and occasionally watching the guy on the BART steps play “Stairway to Heaven.”
