Mission Minis bakery is all grown up: The shop is celebrating its two-year anniversary on Feb. 11. Go visit them for free cupcakes and libations. Brass Knuckle, We Be Sushi, Mama’s Empanadas and Clairesquares will also be setting up outside on 22nd Street.
