Angered by people getting in his way, a 58-year-old man hit a Muni bus driver in the forehead with his cane on Tuesday night, police said.

Around 10 p.m., the suspect began swinging his cane because people were getting in his way, according to police. When the suspect exited the bus at 16th and Mission streets, he went to the driver’s window and hit the 45-year-old female bus driver in the forehead.

Responding officers arrested the suspect.
