Frederick A. Dozier, 32, the San Francisco man accused of sexually assaulting and robbing three women last year, worked part-time for the San Francisco school district, a school official said.

School district spokeswoman Gentle Blythe told Mission Loc@l that Dozier worked as a part-time, as-needed student nutrition services worker before he was arrested on Friday.

“The criminal assaults with which he is charged have no connection to his duties or responsibilities as a student nutrition services worker and were not directed toward children,” Blythe wrote in an e-mail.

The school district spokeswoman said that all employees undergo a full criminal background check by the FBI and Department of Justice. If someone has been convicted of a felony or misdemeanor prior to or during their employment, Blythe explained, the district would be informed and would take appropriate action based on that information. Mission Loc@l confirmed that Dozier had no prior convictions in San Francisco. Bay City News then reported that he had a prior misdemeanor assault conviction in San Mateo County.

Dozier no longer works for the district.

He is the father of at least one young child, Mission Loc@l has learned from official sources. His last known address was in Bernal Dwellings, where he was arrested, according to public records.

Dozier is accused of sexually assaulting three women in June, November and December of 2011. He is being charged with nine felony counts, including attempted murder, assault with a deadly weapon, false imprisonment, robbery, sexual penetration, assault with intent to commit rape, rape, kidnapping, lewd or lascivious acts, and battery.

He will be arraigned on Wednesday.

Wow, scary. Sooo glad the psycho is arrested. He should get life without parole…Too dangerous to be in society. I feel truly sorry for the victims.

The liberal courts let him out the first time he was arrested for assault. They should have locked him up and threw the book at him the first time but they didn’t so more women got raped. You can thank the liberals for letting a monster walk free.
