Sad news for Heart wine bar fans: Inside Scoop reports that owner Jeff Segal is moving back to New York for personal reasons. David Lynch, formerly at Quince and Cotogna, will be taking over the space on Dec. 10. The new restaurant will be called St. Vincent.

As Thanksgiving approaches, food banks in the Bay Area are getting ready for high numbers of people showing up for a free meal. What are you doing Thursday?
