Oh boy, this is going to make Mark happy. Wise Sons pop-up deli is moving from Jackie’s on northern Valencia to Heart, on Valencia near 24th Street, on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. I see many pastrami sandwiches in our future. More info here at the SF Weekly.

And not to forget, the funeral today for the two firemen killed in the Diamond Heights blaze will begin at 12:30 at St. Mary’s Cathedral. Following the service, the funeral procession will move through the Mission. The route is here.
