Boogaloos, the popular brunch destination that suffered a fire on Sunday night, is set to reopen today at 9:30 a.m. The fire took place in the restaurant’s upstairs office, and as owner Peter Hood assured Mission Loc@l yesterday, the damages weren’t significant. Though there were still remnants of the clean up this morning, including ladders splayed out on the restaurant floor, Boogaloos staff members were busy prepping tables for what they hope to be a normal rush of customers today.
