Mission District police captain Greg Corrales lauded his officers for catching one man accused of beating a man and raping his wife after “a particularly heinous” home invasion Wednesday in South San Francisco on Wednesday.
Acting on information that the alleged robbers were headed to the Mission District, officers created a dragnet, Corrales told a group at a neighborhood meeting sponsored by several Noe Valley community groups. At around midnight, two officers spotted the suspect driving a truck belonging to the South City couple. The man confessed to the crime and named two additional accomplices, Corrales said.
“We’re real proud of the outstanding work they did,” said Corrales.

I agree completely. Invade someone’s home and rape their wife = public decapitation with a butter knife.
Clear example of a case justifying the death penalty, period. If you disagree, please publish your home adress for a first hand experience of what happened to this poor couple and the emotional damage to their futures. I’m sure you will have a different perspective if this happened to you. My heart goes out to the victims of this unimaginable crime.
