You will learn how to make a flavorful masa for tamales and then make two kinds of fillings: classic Rajas y Queso with poblano chile strips and melty cheese\, and a chicken goat cheese tamal. You’ll leave the class with an idea of how to use leftover masa if you don’t feel like making tamales\, plus a few tamales to take home after sharing a meal with new friends.
