Good afternoon! Here’s the latest:

Six days into jury deliberations, with one juror seen wringing his hands and wiping away tears, there’s no verdict yet in the trial of Nima Momeni for the murder of Bob Lee. Momeni’s lawyers are leaving for Florida, but jurors remain.

Mission Local’s looking inside Mayor-elect Daniel Lurie’s administration to find out who’s comingโ€”and who’s leaving. Our reporters will be keeping track of all the ins and outs on this live page, updating it with details on each new appointment.

The Valencia bike lane saga just won’t stop. A new group of merchants and residents, VAMANOS, is filing an appeal against the curbside bike lanes, to the dismay of the Valencia Corridor Merchants Association, which negotiated changes with the SFMTA.

For more on the players, see our back story on VAMANOS co-founder Kevin Ortiz, who stepped down from leadership in the Latinx Democratic Club following allegations of sexual misconduct.

More soon,

Sara
