Reporter Kevin Jones won a restraining order against Omar Ward, aka “JJ Smith,” whose provocative videos of homeless people have given him a large conservative following. After Ward posted a video of Jones and left a threatening note on his car, Jones’ tires were slashed; a judge called Ward’s note “creepy.”
