Well, the influential Rose Pak Democratic Club has dropped out of the SF Democratic Party, charging that the party’s failure to address economic issues, public safety, and the needs of immigrants has led Asian voters to mistrust Democrats. The progressive club will continue to organizeโ€”and its members are likely to keep playing significant roles in city politics.
