hid

Good afternoon!
Former leaders of the disgraced Parks Alliance testified that the nonprofit delierately hid its financial chaos and imminent collapse from community partners whose funds it held. The alliance owed at least $5.4 million to neighborhood groups when it imploded.
What’s actually happening with ICE right now in San Francisco? Where are detained people being sent? Who is most at risk? We’ve got an in-depth interview with Millie Atkinson, the attorney who runs the Immigrant Legal Defense program for the S.F. Bar Association, about ICE’s new tactics.
Scalpers are selling free Stern Grove tickets for up to $50 a pop, reports Oscar Palma, and organizers are not pleased.
But you can still get your tickets to hear Mission Local’s Liliana Michelena tell her stories about the incredible El Farolito soccer club. She’ll join other local journalists for San Francisco Story Fest, 7PM tomorrow at the Herbst Theatre .
More soon,
Sara
