Good afternoon!

Khazar Momeni testified yesterday in the trial of her brother for the murder of Bob Lee. Momeni described a day of “partying” with her brother and Lee, and sexual assault by a man she described as “the drug dealer.” She said that she and Lee never had a sexual relationship, and called him “erratic.”

As we reported before, polls can be funny. Now a new poll shows Aaron Peskin and Daniel Lurie tied for first place in the mayoral race. See how they run has the details.
