A judge found sufficient evidence yesterday to bring former Mission District leader Jon Jacobo to trial on sexual assault charges. The prosecution presented testimony from just one witness, an officer with SFPD’s Sexual Offender Unit, instead of asking any of the women who made allegations against Jacobo to testify.
A young Korean couple arrived in San Francisco in 1979, and quickly opened up a florist shop in the Outer Richmond. Now Insook and Kwangduk Kim are preparing to retire, and they talk with Junyao Yang about changes in the business and the city,
