Good afternoon! Here’s the latest:

Notary Leonard Lacayo has been sued by the city for the third time. He’s allegedly still taking money from immigrants for fraudulent legal advice, and ignoring court injunctions to stop.

See the back story: In 2016, Lacayo told Mission Local he was targeted by the city attorney’s office because of his ardent support of President Donald Trump.

Every week we update our guide for what’s on at San Francisco museums and galleries. And we’ve got stories on some local artists:

Danish artist Jette Vakkala makes intricate handcrafted pieces for ancient board games in her 24th Street studio.

80-year-old artist Mildred Howard, “the center of the African- American art world in the Bay Area,” has a powerful one-woman show at 500 Capp.

Rob “Pengoo” Casanovas is painting very strange animals on utility boxes along Geary
