Good afternoon!

Here’s some good news: The 12-year-old girl who was reported missing was found yesterday. A community search led to tips that reunited the girl with her family.

At today’s preliminary hearing in the Bob Lee murder case, attorneys for defendant Nina Momeni tried to question whether some unknown person could have committed the crime. Prosecutors drilled down on video evidence and “actual facts,” following yesterday’s allegations from both sides about drug use and romantic drama. The judge will decide whether the case can go to a jury trial.
