The vegetables cut in this class will be used to create a delicious salad with flavorful garnishes: fried shallots\, minced chili\, roasted peanuts\, and marinated and roasted tofu. We’ll toast to our sharp skills with a glass of wine\, beer\, or an NA spritz.
