Z Space presents
RIPPED
a world premiere play

Written by Rachel Bublitz

Directed by Lisa Steindler

May 22- June 15, 2019

Lucy goes to college. Lucy brings mace. No need for Lucy to actually use it, right? But something happened that wasn’t supposed to happen. Or did it? Oh well, Lucy must be having that quintessential college experience: drinking, boys, and being completely decimated by the people she trusts.

Starring Krystle Piamonte, Daniel Chung, and Edwin Jacobs.

Ripped has received seven readings from theaters all over the country, but Z Space is the first to commit to production. Z Space presented a reading of Ripped in October 2018 as part of Z Space’s inaugural Problematic Play Festival, a staged reading series focused on examining and discussing what makes a work too “problematic” to produce. Now, we’re producing the show… come see it and be part of the conversation.
