Your contribution may be a bar or a confection, a nostalgic favorite, a sample of a rare cacao, or even something you dislike and want to learn more about. Everyone please bring something to contribute to this beautiful community!

Here are a few infrequently asked questions about chocolate:

Why does chocolate resonate so vividly with us in body, mind, and spirit?
Cacao is called the “Food of the Gods” and is highly nutritious. What is science showing us about phytonutrients that benefit our health and well-being?
How might we think about chocolate in contemporary culture and our shared human history? The oldest confirmed evidence of cacao use by our ancestors is approximately 5,000 years ago. Our history and future with chocolate are worth discussing.
We have a complex language for discussing wine—why not cacao and chocolate?
