What you bring to the conversation is curiosity and chocolate to share. Your contribution may be a bar or a confection, a nostalgic favorite, a sample of a rare cacao, or even something you dislike and want to learn more about. Who is David?

David has fifteen years of professional experience and a lifetime of enthusiasm for chocolate. As a chocolatier, he makes delightful creations with amazing chocolate in micro-batches and offers them online and at farmers markets. His career in chocolate is rooted in pastry and chocolate production. Working with farmers, researchers, chocolate makers, chefs, and fellow chocolatiers, he continually explores and enjoys the culture of chocolate.
