Manny’s: Interactive Breathing Workshop to Manage Stress and Improve Sleep

In this interactive workshop, we’re going to make yoga breathing accessible.

Together, we’ll talk through some of the science behind breathing techniques and how to use them to manage stress and anxiety, boost digestion, and improve sleep. We’ll then practice the breathing exercises together, step-by-step.

Participants will leave knowing how to use the techniques throughout the day to calm the nervous system, no matter what environment they’re in. We’ll cap the session at 15 people.

What to wear: Anything you want. If you can breathe while wearing it, it’ll work 🙂

The one-hour session is led by Meenakshi Dalal, a certified breath coach. Meenakshi became a breath coach while searching for a way to manage a high-stress job. Incorporating these simple techniques into her daily life helped her immensely. She is also a certified yoga teacher.
