Brava Theater: Who’s Your Mami Comedy

Time for a “Funny Mami Summer 2023” with our sizzling July 20th and August 17th comedy line-ups. Scroll and see our sunny Queens. “Who’s Your Mami Comedy” has been packing them into Brava’s Cabaret for 6 months now with the coolest audience of “women in comedy” lovers. Did we mention Good Vibes, A/C and full bar if you’re thirsty? Our 90 minute shows start at 7:30 pm every third Thursday monthly.

Becky Lynn | With a dark, but charismatic style and dry, but engaging delivery, Becky Lynn has made herself one of the brightest young stars in the Northern California comedy scene opening for such heavy hitters as Jen Kirkman, Erica Rhodes, and Rhea Butcher.

Marga Gomez is a GLAAD award winning comedian and solo performer back in town after touring her comedy in Santa Fe, New York and even Walnut Creek. She is the creator of “Who’s Your Mami Comedy” and a Brava artist-in-residence.

Helen Chu | Born in Beijing but raised in the Bay Area, Helen Chu is a comedian, storyteller and mom who has performed at Cobbs and Sonoma Laugh Fest and internationally in Vienna and Paris.

Rhoda Gravador (host) has performed sketch comedy and stand-up all over the Bay Area including, Tommy T’s and Rooster T Feathers. She also co-hosts an open mic in the Mission at Slate Bar every Friday.
